This chart is an illustrative example. In production, peer medians are anonymized aggregates from invoices processed in the comparison period, used only where customer agreements allow it. A benchmark is shown only when the group has at least 11 properties and no single property contributes a disproportionate share. Hotels never see another property’s invoices, suppliers, or individual line-item prices.
